The operating parameters that affect the performance of the online preconcentration technique “analyte focusing by micelle collapse‐MEKC (AFMC‐MEKC)” were examined using a multivariate approach involving experimental design to determine the sunscreen agents in cosmetics. Compared to the single‐variable approach, the advantage of the multivariate approach was that many factors could be investigated simultaneously to obtain the best separation condition. A fractional factorial design was used to identify the fewest significant factors in the central composite design (cCD). The cCD was adopted for evaluating the location of the minimum or maximum response in this study. The influences of the experimental variables on the response were investigated by applying a chromatographic exponential function. The optimized condition and the relationship between the experimental variables were acquired using the JMP software. The ANOVA analysis indicated that the Tris pH value, SDS concentration, and ethanol percentage influenced the separation quality and significantly contributed to the model. The optimized condition of the running buffer was 10 mM Tris buffer (pH 9.5) containing 60 mM SDS, 7 mM γ‐CD, and 20% v/v ethanol. The sample was prepared in 100 mM Tris buffer (pH 9.0) containing 7.5 mM SDS and 20% v/v ethanol. The SDS concentration in the sample matrix was slightly greater than the CMC value that makes the micelle be easily collapsed and the analytes be accumulated in the capillary. In addition, sunscreen agents in cosmetics after 1000‐fold dilution were successfully determined by AFMC‐MEKC.  相似文献

Computational study of shock wave focusing in a log-spiral duct   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
The mechanism of shock wave focusing in a two-dimensional log-spiral duct has been investigated here numerically using a finite volume method. This approach is based on a MUSCL TVD scheme with flux-vector splitting applied to the Euler equations. The isopycnics determined from the calculations are compared with the experimental results obtained by use of holographic interferometric photography and are found to be in excellent qualitative agreement with the experiments. The computational results clarify the details of the wave interactions very near to the focus. In particular, phenomena such as the formation of secondary shock waves prior to the implosion, their interaction with the reflected shock and the formation of vortices after the implosion have been examined.  相似文献

研究光在微纳结构中的分布与传播, 实现在纳米范围内操纵光子, 对于微型光学芯片的设计有着重要意义. 本文利用聚焦离子束刻蚀方法, 在基底为石英玻璃的150 nm厚金膜上刻制了不同参数的阿基米德螺旋微纳狭缝结构, 通过改变入射光波长、手性、及螺旋结构手性和螺距等方式, 在理论和实验上系统地研究了阿基米德螺旋微纳结构中的表面等离激元聚焦性质. 我们发现, 除了入射激光偏振态、螺旋结构手性之外, 结构螺距与表面等离激元波长的比值也可以用来控制结构表面电场分布, 进而在结构中心形成0阶、1阶乃至更高阶符合隐失贝塞尔函数的涡旋电场. 通过相位分析, 我们对涡旋电场的成因进行了解释. 并利用有限时域差分的模拟方法计算了不同螺距时, 结构中形成的电场及相应空间相位分布. 最后利用扫描近场光学显微镜, 观测结构中不同的光场分布, 在结构中心得到了亚波长的聚焦光斑及符合不同阶贝塞尔函数的涡旋形表面等离激元聚焦环.  相似文献

基于三能级速率方程理论,结合惠更斯-菲涅尔衍射积分公式,利用分步光束传播方法建立了半导体泵浦碱金属蒸气激光器(DPAL)端面泵浦3D理论计算模型,用于模拟研究铷蒸气激光器的泵浦阈值特性。该模型将光束传播、光与物质相互作用独立考虑,利用迭代算法求解。考虑激光器腔内模式与泵浦光模式匹配对阈值特性的影响,模拟了单端泵浦铷蒸气激光器内部的三维动力学过程。在具体算例中研究了模式匹配最佳时,在阈值工作状态下铷蒸气室中的三维粒子数分布,以及沿不同轴线的增益分布。仿真了在最佳模式匹配位置附近,泵浦光模式变化对阈值特性的影响。根据蒸气池中粒子数分布和光场分布具体分析了模式匹配影响阈值特性的机理。同时还模拟了不同长度蒸气池对阈值特性的影响。结果表明,腔参数与泵浦光模式之间存在一定的关系,对于特定的泵浦光模式,存在恰当的腔参数,使得阈值达到最小。  相似文献

为了解决现有镜面偏心测量设备存在的问题,本文研究了一种采用切换镜头和调焦相结合的方法来设计的镜面偏心测量光学系统,使用这个光学系统,既能使被测镜面的曲率半径扩展到-∞~+∞范围,又能保证测量精度。通过Lighttools软件对这个光学系统进行光线追迹,分析其杂光分布,结果表明:准直镜头内部多次反射产生的杂光强度很低,可以忽略。而当被测镜头中存在相邻球心像距的镜面时,产生的杂光强度比较大,在后续的图像处理过程中,必须增强目标图像的对比度。利用研制的镜面偏心测量设备进行测量实验,结果进一步验证了杂光分析的正确性。  相似文献

Conventional phase diffraction gratings can be used to localize the incoming optical radiation in the near‐field region. A new design of the binary phase diffraction grating is proposed with embedded pupil opaque mask inside each stripe. By means of numerical simulations, it is shown that with this masked phase grating the spatial resolution of the near‐field localization can be substantially improved and brought even beyond the solid immersion limit (λ/2n). Moreover, due to anomalous apodization effect, the subdiffraction field localization is accompanied by intensity enhancement as compared to the non‐masked design. The pupil mask rearranges the optical fluxes within the stripes and promotes the Fano resonances excitation in the periodic step lattice. This can be important for advancing the phase grating‐based super‐resolution technologies, including subdiffraction imaging, interferometry, and surface fabrication.  相似文献

The paper shows the application of a new method – Magnetic Nanoparticles Focusing 3D, MNF-3D – for focusing of magnetic nanoparticles at any point in a three-dimensional space between the rotating magnet system. The results of focusing process of nanoparticles in water, human blood, human serum and polyurethane sponge are presented. Additionally, blood flow was also considered. The effectiveness of nanoparticle focusing was monitored optically and quantitatively by electron spin resonance method. The method enabled focusing of magnetic nanoparticles within a few minutes in different environments. A good efficiency of focusing process was observed for all the samples.  相似文献

This work presents analytical, numerical and experimental demonstrations of light diffracted through a logarithmic spiral (LS) nanoslit, which forms a type of switchable and focus‐tunable structure. Owing to a strong dependence on the incident photon spin, the proposed LS‐nanoslit converges incoming light of opposite handedness (to that of the LS‐nanoslit) into a confined subwavelength spot, while it shapes light with similar chirality into a donut‐like intensity profile. Benefitting from the varying width of the LS‐nanoslit, different incident wavelengths interfere constructively at different positions, i.e., the focal length shifts from 7.5 μm (at λ = 632.8 nm) to 10 μm (at λ = 488 nm), which opens up new opportunities for tuning and spatially separating broadband light at the micrometer scale.
